Hello Sunny,
You have not mentioned your reservation category because the allotments of seats are done on the basis of reservation category as well ,
You score is good but it's difficult to expect a seat in Govt college as the lowest previous Cutoff was 539 marks for a general category student , so if you belongto GC then chances are less, but of you belong to reservation category then you may get seat in Govt college,

You may get seat in some good pvt  college's like :-

1. Koonaseena institute of medical sciences,

2. Great eastern medical school,

3. NRI institute of medical sciences,

4. PES institute of medical sciences,

5. Shanthi ram medical college,

6. Apollo institute of medical sciences.

Hello,
You have not mentioned your category anywhere so I assume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have mild chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in andhra pradesh even  through state quota .If you are from a reserved category then case would be different.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best

The cutoffs for government MBBS colleges generally ranges from470-480.However the cutoffs may increase this time. So according to the previous year trends..you will get a seat in Government MBBS college. You will not get the top colleges with this marks but ofcourse you can get chance in the other government colleges.
