Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 540 marks to get into a government dental college in delhi via the state quota counselling. 

So I am sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in a government dental college in delhi. 

But you may have chances with some other states like Karnataka but nothing can be said very certainly.
