Dear Student, private colleges take admission on two types of seats for Indian students. The first one are open for counselling for the state quota students only. You won't be eligible for this as you have domicile in Bihar. You can definitely apply for the second category of seats, which are management quota seats. For this you need to directly approach the college and pay a heavy amount to the college.
