You need not produce your income certificate unless stated mandatory. Since you are from the general category, you don't have to show any proof. If you were from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) then you would need to submit your category certificate and income certificate. But in your case it's not necessary to submit this information unless stated mandatory.
