Hi Hashir,
I am not sure of which Domicile you belong to, so I am writing this answer with respect to AIQ. NEET exam is quite easy and is nothing to be scared of. Even if you have just 10 moths left for the exam, it is not too late.
Aim for more than 500 marks. This is a safe mark, and would guarentee you a seat both through AIQ and state ranking.
Start reading the NCERT books of both 11th and 12th. Make sure to read each and every line, and be thorough with it.
For practice, go for any objective books in Physics and Chemistry, like
GRB Objectice Physics and GRB Objective Chemistry .
If you want to be more confident on the subject, you can go for higher level books like HC Verma (for Physics), MS Chauhan (for Organic Chemistry) and OP Tandon (for Physical Chemistry).
If you are just in 11th class, then you can subscribe to MTG magazine and go through them regularly.
Never lose hope. Just concentrate on your study pattern and the target mark. Anything is possible.
All The Best.
