NIT cut off vary according to the state quota and branch you prefer.
At 180 score there will be chances that you will get lower NITs but for top NITs in top branch try to score more than 210 marks in your JEE Main exam.

i dont know clearly but i referred many websites i think it is approximately 100-110 for OC-boys

@Harsh Cut off NITs depends on which campus and branch you prefer. For Top NITs and CSE branch you need to score more than 230 marks in your exam.

@ Maramganti Top NITs are decided on the basis of ratings and ranking given to them.
Ratings and Ranking are given on the basis of College Infrastructure, Campus placement, Industry exposure, Faculty, College life and Hostel.
