Yes some of colleges under Delhi University will have lower fees for Pwd Category and also have various special scholarships schemes strictly for them, however this will not be same across all colleges under Delhi University  

Students can also apply for various scholarships like Aditya Birla Scholarship   ratan Tata Merit Scholarships, State cum Central government Minority scholarships.
