As you have mentioned that your neet score is 228 marks and you fall under the SC category and you want admission in BAMS college.
It is very difficult to determine cut off marks for any colleges in a state before exams beacuse it depends on sevral factors.If you look at the trends of the cut off scores over the last 2 years, you'll understand that the cut off scores have only increased with time.
For private colleges try to score 370+ and for government colleges try to score 430+
So, looking over this scenario your chances to get any government or private bams college is negligible.
It is not so easy to predict your rank beacuse it is changing every year.
I prefer you to try for other private medical colleges with some other course or you may try for the private colleges which do not require neet marks for admission.
