As per your query I would like to tell you that Tamil Nadu has the highest cutoff talking of which last year least marks to secure a seat was 550 marks in IRT Perundurai Medical College, Perundurai from your category under state quota which means you won't get a seat in government medical college . You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side.
