Dear Madhu, NTR University of Health Sciences is AP State Counselling authority conducting MBBS counselling for AP Government and Private Medical Colleges. Because this is a State Counselling, only candidates who hold domicile of AP are allowed to participate in the State Counselling. If you belong to Tamilnadu and do not hold domicile of AP, you cannot paricipate in AP State Counselling.
