Hello,If your reservation is determined by income of your family then you need to renew or obtain a  new certificate. But if the certificate just certifies your category then it will be valid entirely. In your case the BC-B certificate only serves as a proof of your identity and not your financial background and thus it will stand valid for this counselling.
