It will be much better if you kindly tell your rank for more precise prediction.Coming back to your question and Considering your marks and caste there is a fair chance that you can get into some good collegs for biotechnology but dont expect for some NITs or top government college at this percentile and category.Still i will suggest you to go for counselling as last year my friend with 1.4 lakh rank got a seat in DTU.
