Hi Rishikesh,
Unfortunately you do not qualify the JEE exam. Hence looking at your rank your chances are getting into the GFTIs(Govt Funded Technical Institutes) as well as in the top notch private engineering colleges(by giving their entrance tests) like VIT, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, SRM University ,etc.

Hey Rishikesh !
With your rank you won't be able to get into any of the colleges offered through JOSAA .
If you want to enter into any NIT or IIT , you can take a year drop for preparing for JEE or apply for colleges which select based on your 12th marks or seperate entrance exam . Hope it helps . All the best :)
