Hello ! First  of  all  your  marks is  fine for getting  bams in other state but the probability  is quite low  because  if you are looking for  other state  counseling  then you should  have to know  that the first  priority  is given to state domicile  candidates  especially in 1st round of  counseling.
As  per my knowledge  on your marks you can apply  for bams colleges in up your chances will become higher as you are from obc category  + you are domicile candidates in up .
Another thing  if you are really interested in bams from other states then you can go  with the college in south india .
Thankyou i hope this information will help you in any way  !
