The last year cutoff for the bhms in obc cateogory is 288+ . Every year there will be a slight variations in the colleges. So there are fair chances of you getting in bhms.

The minimum marks was 240 and it go closed nearly at 290 last year. This year may have a slight variations as the cut off has not yet been released..
