to be eligible for the reservations in these states, you need to fulfill the following criteria:-

• you should be a local candidate as defined by the Presidential order.

• The candidate or either of the candidate’s parent's should reside in the state for a total of ten years excluding the period where the candidate has studied outside the state or the parents have stayed outside the state.

• The candidates whose either of the parent is in the employment of the State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporation Local Bodies, Universities and other similar Public Institution within the state of Andhra Pradesh.
