BC-E category is of Shaikh(Muslims) and comes under OBC category in the state level and they have 4% reservation seats in state aided educational institutions and coming to the central list they don't come under OBC. So you can tick OBC in COMEDK-UGET but make sure that you get your OBC Certificate before in hand for safety. Since it's not recognized as OBC in central list. It may lead to some issues.

The person mentioned in above answer got into trouble because of this issue. So get a OBC Certificate before hand and proceed. It's worth it. So try first before giving up on that.
