It is tough for you to get a government seat in this rank . Also you are unable to get a NIT . But don't loose hope because there are many colleges in MP those who are accept these ranks and you will get cse on that.

Your rank is very low for branches like cse Or IT. Not  only cse or IT but getting a seat in any good government engineering college across India is not possible at this rank

Try to get under 15k rank for getting at least a good government engineering college and for cse try to come under 2k rank.
