Hey Akshaya !
With a score of 279 in NEET 2019, I am sorry to say but ti won't be enough to bag you a seat in any of the BDS Colleges in Tamil Nadu even through SC Quota.
As far as last year's cutoff is considered for BDS
It was a rank of 10,876 and comparing it with with your score I think you are far behind.
It would be better if you drop for one year and prepare quite hard to come up in NEET 2020.
