I calculated my mht cet marks. they were around 74 but results say I've got 20 percentile. why? and now what collages i can get from it?

Unfortunately you would have matched the wrong answers but speaking straight away your score is too low if you are non home state student it will be very difficult for you to get into a good college. You can predict your college with college predictor tool.
