The most important thing that is required to get a job at Google is college standards. If your college has a placement for Google then you have a chance to get into it.
But if you don't have and are dependent on off-campus placement then you need to work hard to sharpen your skills and get work experience of 4-5years in the industry.

Focus on improving and learning new skills then you can apply for the job at Google.
