I can't afford top private college where fees is too high but I have interest in B.tech CS so I join COER , if I work hard then can I get placed .

I hope you are doing fine and well

As per your query, I would glad to tell you that COER is a nice and decent college with well organized infrastructure,qualified faculities, good coding culture due to dedicated students crowd and technical fests which held every year. So it will be wise decision to take admission in this college but yes start studying from 2nd sem only with language fundamentals and practise questions on gfg and side by side work on any development like android ,web to make projects. All these things will land you in good company with a decent package
