The admit card for undergraduate and postgraduate entrance exam conducted by IIIT, Hyderabad is scheduled to be released on June 15, 2020. But the link to access download card is not active yet that is why you are not able to download it. Please try logging in with your credentials tomorrow to download your admit card and you need to take multiple printout copies of you admit card.
