Hello Saurabh,

If you're facing issues logging into the BHU portal to download your CHS admit card , and the system is not recognizing your email (which you used for registration), you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Double-check the Email : Make sure you are entering the correct email address without any typos. If you're copying and pasting the email, sometimes extra spaces may cause issues.

  2. Password Reset : If the email is correct but you're still unable to log in, try using the 'Forgot Password' option on the portal. You should receive a password reset link on your registered email to help you log in again.

  3. Clear Cache or Try a Different Browser : Sometimes, the browser’s cache or cookies can cause login issues. Clear the cache or try logging in using a different browser or device.

  4. Check Email for Confirmation : Ensure that you have received a confirmation email for your registration. If you haven't received it, there might have been an issue during registration.

  5. Contact BHU Support : If none of the above methods work, immediately reach out to the BHU Help Desk or CHS Support for assistance. Provide them with your registration details, such as your name, application number, and email ID, and explain the issue you're facing.

    You can contact them via:

    • Email : Check the contact information on the official BHU/CHS website.

    • Phone : The contact number for the support team will also be available on the website.

  6. Check for Official Announcements : Sometimes, portal issues can be widespread. Check the official BHU/CHS website or social media pages for any notifications or updates regarding login issues.

Stay persistent, and make sure to act quickly since the admit card download may have a deadline.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, then feel free to share your questions with us, we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

Hello,

If the BHU portal is showing “email not found” or some error, even though you used the same email during registration, then try these steps:

  1. Make sure there is no spelling mistake or space while typing.

  2. Try using your Application Number – Some portals allow login using application number instead of email.

  3. Use Forgot Password option – If available, try using "Forgot Password" to reset and check if your email gets recognized.

  4. Clear browser cache or try another browser – Sometimes the issue is with the browser.

  5. Try from a laptop/PC if using mobile – Desktop view works better sometimes.

  6. Contact BHU Helpdesk – If nothing works, it's best to contact BHU officials. They can check your details and help you log in.

Hope it helps !
