For getting admission in IITs through JOSAA Counselling, the candidate has to clear JEE Exam- Main and Advance both. If we talk about the architecture stream in IITs, then the candidate has to clear 3 exams for being eligible- JEE MAIN (B.ARCH), JEE- ADVANCED (General exam), and JEE ADVANCE (B.ARCH) exam or AAT exam.

When you apply for Architecture stream, you have to make sure that you have qualified all the three exams, and you can find the stream on JOSAA Counselling site. Go through it well, and you will surely find it.
