with 446b marks in neet you can get govt medical college in tamil nadu only through all india quota. as per previous year the cut off all india quota was low than state quoota in case of tamil nadu. previous year cut off under all india quota was 

• 599-453 for general category 
• 547-417 for sc 
• 488-401 for st

we are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending upon number of candidates, number of seats and difficulty of exam. so hope for great future ahead.
