Which field is better for you between teaching and industry is something you should decide on the basis of what environment you like to work in and what work you like to do.

Considering your educational background, teaching would be a better choice. But then you may even excel in industry in area like Technical Sales as you will be able to exlplain things better and even be better at training other team members.
