Hello...its good to know that you are dedicated towards your goal and continuously trying to crack NEET UG for MBBS .
For the preparation i hope u doing well..still i suggest to go through the last year papers and stick to your schedule..also read thoroughly the ncert books as many one liners came as it from there especially for biology section. Give more and more mock tests..evaluate yourself and then make a revises strategy according to the results of mock tests. Never break that consistency of your studies..

About fees of private colleges.. it vary from 11lakh -20 lakh per year...
Vary in every state ,every college has its own fees structure..
Average fees is 14 lakh per annum..including mess.
But i suggest you to talk to the management first in case you are planning to take the admission in private college...after your NEET result..just visit your shortlisted colleges according to the score..and give a try to make them agree for some relaxation in the fees...most of times they agrees at last but you have to visit them beforehand counselling.
