Choosing field for your higher education is completely based on your passion. Remember that this is what you'll study for the rest of your life and this is what you'll work for.

You should have mentioned your stream in class 12 and your interests for specific answer.

Nevertheless, I'll mention some common streams below.

You can do Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech) in various specializations like Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical etc. (Integrated M.Tech alternatively)

You can give JEE Main Paper 2 for B.Arch.

If you have Biology, obviously you can do MBBS, B Pharma, Nursing like courses.

Courses in Law, Fashion Designing are also in rise.

One particular course I came across is B.Sc (Actuarial Science). This has high career prospects.

To get job there are many courses and it also depends what kind of job you really want to do, because many white collar job have some particular course and you can choose that course to go ahead, some most aspiring courses are Engineering, Medical, Law, management, accounting, Hotel Management, Journalism, Fashion Technology, Designing, Software, science so based on your interest you should choose.
