As per your given information on your pcm board : Those students who have done their class XII with PCM can not appear for NEET as it requires Biology stream. ... As you have not studied Biology subject in your 12th standard, you are not eligible to apply for NEET examination.
But recently updated about NIOS : Yes, NIOS board 12th result is valid for neet examination, it'll be your second attempt as per source YES, according to the recent update,NIOS students are eligible to give NEET. Candidates who have not gone under classroom training areeligible for NEET(UG) asNIOSis a recognized qualification.
