I passed 12 th PCM from CBSE and Gave NIOS imprvement exam for biology.Am i eligible for NEET?

Biology as an additional subject is allowed in NEET examination so yes after passing Biology from NIOS, you will be eligible for Neet examination
provided after passing biology from nios,
your aggregate in PCB must be at least 50% marks if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories to be eligible for neet examination .
