You are not eligible for IIT JAM if you wish to pursue MSC Statistics as career. To meet The basic eligibility requirement you need to have Statistics for at least two years/ four semesters in your bachelor's degree. Since you have done your bcom from computer, therefore you are not eligibile for msc statistics through IIT jam. Also following Academic eligibility must be met for a student appearing in IIT jam:-

• For General/OBC (NCL) category the minimum marks will be 55 percent marks or 5.5 out of 10 aggregate in languages and subsidiaries of all the years combined.
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ST and PwD categories must have secured 50 percent or 5.0 out of 10 aggregate.

MSc in Statistics is offered by IIT Kanpur, and the eligibility criteria is having studied statistics for at least two years/four semesters.

Overall eligibility criteria is having passed Bachelor's Degree with 55% for general candidates including all the subjects at graduation level.
