No dear,Your distance learning degree won't be a problem in the path of getting you immigration visa to Canada.
Because the basic requirements for Canada immigration are

Language Proficiency- IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
Education-You need to provide your foreign Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report when submitting application for Canada Immigration
Health and Character requirements- You need to provide health and Character certificate.
