Sorry to inform you dear you can not apply for M.Sc Chemistry if you have a reappear in 4th sem.

Though most of the universities provide a mercy chance to students but that too in the case if you have a reappear in 5th or 6th sem.

It is mandatory for you to submit your passing degree at the time of admission.
