It depends on the college in which you are currently studying. If you leave in the middle of the course you may have to pay the fee for entire duration of course or annual fee of the course for 1 year or the penalty prescribed by the respective college. Only then you will get your original certificates back which were submitted in the college. We would suggest you to enquire in the college regarding your query.
