Yes you can discontinue your Bpharm course in middle for veterinary admission. But you have to pay penalty amount. Because college said you are blocked one seat. Without paying amount they can't leave you the college. You can talk to your college authority infact principal also. If they are consider you then you don't have to pay or may have to pay very less amount of money.
