Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but no you're not eligible to pursue engineering as the minimum eligibility to pursue engineering is candidates must passed class 12 in physics chemistry and Mathematics. As you're from commerce background you're not eligible to pursue electrical engineering or any other engineering.

You can pursue courses which are offered for commerce stream students, such as- Bcom, BBA, CA, BALLB etc.
