If your parents have a domicile certificate of Rajasthan  means they are residing in Rajasthan then you can apply  Rajasthan only as your state of eligibility and if your family is residing in Uttar Pradesh for past many years then you may apply for a domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh and apply for it.

Hey NIket,
You have a domicile of rajashthan that means you can apply for state GMC of rajashthan. Regarding uttar Pradesh domicile is if you are residing there for more than 10 years then you can apply for Uttar pradesh domcile ans can get admission in uttar Pradesh GMCs also, but my suggestion is that you go for Rajasthan GMC because of the domicile. I hope you got your answer
