If any student born and completed her 10th in State-A. 12th in a different state. What should be the 15% quota state she should select?

He is eligible for apply  job government of state A whose eligiblety criteria is 12 pass???

The state selected for 15% All India Quota has no bearing on the student’s admission process since admissions to 15% All India Quota seats doesn’t have any domicile requirements. It does not matter where Class X or Class XII was completed since any candidate can apply to any state except Jammu and Kashmir for the All India Quota seats in NEET 2018.

The best option to enter in this field is the state where the candidate’s permanent address is located or the state where the candidate has full domicile eligibility for 85% state quota seats just to be safe.

Only candidates from Jammu and Kashmir who select their home state but wish to participate in All India Quota will have to submit a self-declaration form in the NEET application process declaring themselves ineligible for the state quota seats in Jammu and Kashmir and only eligible for the 15% AIQ seats.

Post the declaration of NEET result, all states will open their counselling process and the student can separately apply for the 85% state quota seats in the states of their choice provided they clear the eligibility requirements of that state.
