See if you have completed only class 11th and 12th from Bihar then you won't be eligible for state quota of Bihar because you to be eligible of state quota of any state you should have proper domicile of that state and with only two years of study in Bihar you won't be eligible for Domicile of Bihar. Now if you have all documents of Delhi and also if you are residing in Delhi then you must be having the domicile of Delhi so you will be eligible for state quota counselling of Delhi state. So you can definitely get advantage of 85% state quota of Delhi.
