As you haven't appeared in the JEE, then you can't get admission in colleges or universities that take admission in b.tech based on JEE marks, however there are some colleges and private universities that take admission based on your marks in class 12th, for example Amity University takes admission based on these Marks, search for these type of colleges and universities and take admission there.
