Have you entered general ews category during filling of application?

If yes , you are eligible to write JEE advanced examination and also for counseling.

If you have entered , only general category , you are too late. Now you cannot make any changes , and also you are ineligible as your score is less than cutoff . Cutoff is 89.75, you have missed bit just by points.
