To write the JEE Advanced paper you have to first clear the JEE Main paper by scoring above the cutoff marks. If you have scored below the cutoff marks in JEE Mains paper then also, you are not eligible for JEE Advanced paper. So, you can't directly apply for JEE Advanced paper. You have to clear the JEE Main paper first.
