Hello aspirant,
Though you belong to the OBC category your rank is somewhat high. That's why the chances are not much. But if there are seats available then you can try for the special rounds as you have OBC category reservation. If the cutoff rank goes up then you may be alloted a seat. So do try. Don't give up. You can try for the special rounds also.
