As you have that you didn't got a government medical college.. And you are not willing to take other courses.. I am expecting that you want MBBS from a government colleges... See, firstly suicide is not an option.   There are many lives connected to you.. If you think to suicide again , then i think you don't care about your parents who struggled a lot for you studies..  So, think before you take any step..

Now, you can't afford private colleges... So, as your first option you can do NEET coaching again from a good coaching institute and work more harder....
Now, if you can't afford the coaching institute's fee.  Then, you can study for NEET exam at our own in your home.. You just have to be hard working, confident, enthusiastic, and a smart learner.. Fix your time table and study accordingly, don't just try to learn things, try to understand then whole heartedly...
