You have to give NEET.... No other way...
If you want to take admission in a medical college in India irrespective of if it is government or private, you have to qualify NEET to be eligible. Depending on your rank and the type of college the fees can vary from 30lakhs to 80lakhs. Some colleges are even more expensive.
