I am sorry but if you want to get a seat for BAMS or MBBS you need to qualify NEET. There is no other option. Even if you want to go through management quota, qualifying NEET is compulsory. So no college will offer admission if a student has not qualified NEET.

You can either choose any other stream like B.Sc, B.Pharma, Or engineering(if you have attempted JEE or CET as well) or you can give another attempt to NEET next year.
