For applying in AAT, you need to qualify in mains paper 1 and then clear jee advanced. If you clear advanced then only you are eligible for applying in AAT. This is a general rule applicable in all IITs for AAT. Though you can try for NITs using you JEE main paper 2 score. For further doubts, you can read the AAT guidelines.
