I will like to tell you that it is next to impossible to get into IIT without having atleast 75% but this shouldnt stop you from trying to get into IIT.

You can still get into IIT kharagpur for MTECH . There is a written exam and interview followed by Gate score.

Some IITs take direct admission on the basis of your Gate score.

So you can do bachelors in any science stream and then at the end of graduation sit for GATE examination

Sorr y,But if you want to pursue engineering then there is no other way to get Into IIT KHARAGPUR.Ad the eligiblity for getting admissions in IIT KHARAGPUR throw Jee advanced is 75% in class 12 for general category.

If you are from other category like SC.st then it can make a difference as Candidate from these category need 60% to done with eligiblity criteria
