Hello Puspesh!
The eligibility criteria for getting admissions to NITs, IIITs, GFTIs are:
• Either you should score atleast 75% in intermediate.
•Or be in the top 20 percentile list issued by your board.
As your marks are 60%, so you fail to get admission as per 1st criteria.
According to 2nd criteria, you have to be in top 20 percentile. This has very little possibility because for this, the highest score should also be less. Topper of your board should not score more than 75-80% and this will rarely happen.
So considering the above cases, your chances of getting into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs are very very less. So giving JEE Mains exam won't make any difference here.
But still, i would suggest you to give JEE Main exam because if you manage to get a good score in JEE Mains, this will help you get SCHOLARSHIPS and FEE CONCESSION in other colleges.
Hope you are satisfied.
Thank you!

Hello dear,
As your percentage in class 12 is below 75%,
So you are not eligible to take admission in any NITs also you cannot give jee advanced. So jee mains will not benefit in any because in most of good college which accept jee mains score have 75% criteria.
Hope you understands.
